The infernal puzzlebox found in Vanthampur Manor is a cube-shaped container 6 inches on each side, composed of intricate interlocking parts crafted from materials found in the Nine Hells, most notably Avernian steel and gold.

When opened by Sylvira Savikas, it was found to contain one half of an infernal contract.
