Cathasach Restat

High Observer from 1446 (when Naja Bellandi passed) to 1481 (when he himself passed away and Thavius Kreeg became High Observer). Restat was one of the founding members of the Order of the Companion. In 1448 he converted to the religion of Torm, a god of order and righteousness in a city that craved these things. Under Restat, Elturel became more theocratic and also more imperialistic; this is when Elturel became the empire of Elturgard, and under his watch the High Hall was consecrated as Torm's primary temple on Elturel.
