- Hag's heartstone ✅ -- obtained from Respen's hidden laboratory in Plagueshield Point
- A handful of Phlegethosian sand ✅ -- purchased from Mordenkainen for 30 soul coins
- A set of astral pistons ✅ -- obtained from Kolasiah and the Lost Golgari by sending them home. Uldrak the Tinker has a set of these and has asked the party to strike a deal with Arkhan, after which he will give the pistons to them
Deal with Zariel
- Find the Sword of Zariel ❌
- Kill, redeem, or otherwise make a deal with Zariel, Archduchess of Avernus
- Retrieve the second half of the infernal contract ❓ -- the party at least has a way to board Zariel's flying fortress, courtesy of Lord Olanthius
