Madhuri Akhila was the first victim whose friends/family the party followed up with. He had come into the town on a boat with fellow refugees Sjang and Albaer, who turned up fake refugee papers from Amrik Vanthampur (Madhuri's were dropped at Insight Park) and the tidbit that his father was a Hellrider.
