An fey warlord trapped in Hell. He longs for home, and frequently gets as close as he can by creating phantasmal terrain resembling the Feywild. Owns a Devil's Ride on which he does sweet tricks.

Recently betrayed by his band of infernal hobgoblins who went over to serve Bitter Breath; has enlisted the party as part of his revenge scheme.
